- During the inspection a staff member was observed to be washing his single use gloves.Please ensure you take off your gloves and wash your hands before putting on a new pair of gloves. AHS proper glove use document will be provided alongside this report.

- A two compartment sink was available for dishwashing. All dishes were not being sanitized after being washed. Please ensure all dishes are submerged in a sanitizing solution(e.g. bleach) for a min of 1 min.

- A QUAT sanitizer that required a potable water rinse was being used. Discussed sanitizer options and facility will be using a chlorine (bleach) solution moving forward.
