    • 03. Is all food in this facility fit for human consumption and not unwholesome, spoiled, or adulterated?
      • Multiple containers of expired baby formula (September and December 2025) were on the shelf for sale. These were removed and discussed with the grocery department.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The high temperature dishwasher in the deli/bakery area was only reaching 57.5C at the plate level. Please manually sanitize your dishes until it reaches at minimum 71C plate level.
