- Observation(s): Children's lunch kits, containing perishable items, were left open (unzipped) and out on a shelf in the classroom, rather than being stored in the fridge. This was correct during the inspection. Cleaning chemical were stored on a shelf accessible to children. This was corrected during the inspection.

- Observation(s): - Newly amended licence not displayed in the facility as required. - Resolved during the inspection. *Licensing observed that the ECE certificate for the manager expired in Aug 2018. The manager stated that a new certificate has been received but not yet posted in the facility. The 2 staff caring for the children today, other than the manager, are both qualified ECE staff and their certificates are valid and posted as required.
