      • There was no surface disinfectant available onsite.-Please provide and use low-level disinfectant such as Lysol spray or preempt RTU and ensure facility surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected to prevent spread of infection.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • Chairs with torn plastic cover were observed onsite.-Please repair the indicated torn chairs to ensure smooth and easily to clean surfaces.
