      • Long tangling wire was observed in the big out of school care classroom.-Please keep tangling wire out of reach of children to prevent the risk of entanglement.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • 1. Torn diapering mats were observed in baby and junior toddler rooms, and in the senior toddler washroom. Two of the torn diapering mats were changed during the inspection.-Please replace the torn diapering mat to ensure all surfaces can be properly cleaned and sanitized.2. Dirt and stains were observed on baby room's diapering mat.-Please ensure the diapering mat and its surrounding areas including under the mat are properly cleaned and sanitized after every diapering process. This infraction was corrected during the inspection.

      • 1. Wobbly toy shelf was observed in out of school care classroom.-Please repair to prevent injury and ensure good repair.2. Gaps were noted beneath the back door of the out of school care classroom adjacent to the playground.-Please block or install weather stripping door seal to all indicated areas to prevent pest entry.3. Dirty throws and pillows were observed in some classrooms. -Please clean and provide washable covers for the indicated pillows and throws.

      • A table with worn and rough surface was observed in the out of school care room.-Please repair or replace this table to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces.The indicated table was removed from the room during the inspection.
