      • There were a few cleaning cloths found hanging in the washrooms of the infant and preschool rooms.Please ensure cleaning cloths are switched out frequently for new ones and the used ones are placed in a bin for laundering. Do not hang to dry or leave them out on the counters/cupboards once they have been used. The cloths were imeediately removed by the director.

      • The walls have been repaired throughout the facility but have not been painted to ensure the walls in the classrooms are smooth.*Please ensure all surfaces are smooth and easy to clean
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • - First Aid was not updated.*Ensure to have update first aid kit as per the requirement.Provided the OHS approved First Aid Kit list via email.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • Dust was observed on the diapering table in the Toddler room.*Staff are to ensure that the diapering station is kept clean, regardless of whether it is being used or not. This violation was corrected onsite.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • - Unfinished, absorbent wooden blocks (toys) were observed in Preschool 1.*Staff are to inspect all toys and remove any that cannot be properly sanitized.

      • 1. Damaged cabinet with exposed raw wood was observed under the sink in toddler's room.-Please repair the indicated cabinet and ensure its good repair. 2. Peeling paint was observed on walls throughout the facility.-Please repair and ensure all surfaces are smooth and easy to clean.3. Holes were observed behind the door and beside the toilet in preschool 2 washroom.-Seal all holes to prevent pest entry.
