Square/rectangular shape is preferred. Ensure it has a lid.2. There are two smaller high level disinfectant trays being used and high level disinfectant logs are not being maintained for each tray. The disinfectant trays do not have a viewing window to ensure full immersion in the high level disinfectant. If more than one high level disinfectant tray is used, high level disinfectant logs must be kept for each tray.

      • Cosmetic products at the manicure and pedicure stations were unlabelled. Label all cosmetic products with the product name and keep the original/bulk supply containers on-site.Cosmetic products used in a personal service must be clearly labeled with information about the product identity and manufacturer. A complete list of ingredients and manufacturer’s instructions for safe use must also accompany all cosmetic products and be available for reference by personal services workers at all times.
