Pest control measures were discussed with the operator (ie. install weatherstripping, keeping items off the floor and how to properly clean the affected areas)Pest control company comes on a monthly basis. Reports were up to date.

- Minor buildup on handles of pizza prep cooler, please clean.There was a clear plastic bin (holding breading for the chicken wings) that was cracked, please replace.

- Bag of red onions were stored on a shelf right in front of the dishwashing area.Ensure foods are stored in a way to prevent possible contamination. Do not store foods in/ near dish pit. These were removed during inspection.
