- Evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection. Mice droppings were observed at the following areas at the back storage area:- Beside the cooler at the back.- Underneath shelves and at corners.* Contact your pest control company and discuss mice activity at the facility. * Clean all mice droppings observed at the facility with bleach water as discussed.* All food items must be stored away from the floor in containers with a tight lid.* Remove unnecessary items at the back area that can create harborage for mice. * Close all potential mice entry points at the facility as advised by your pest control company.

- Sanitizer was very concentrated (bleached out chlorine test papers).Ensure sanitizer measures 100-200ppm chlorine. Solution was remade during inspection.

- Staff said any dishwashing done is being completed at the hand sink at the front and not the 2 compartment sink. Discussed with staff that the dishwashing must be done at the 2 compartment sink and the front sink is for handwashing only.Ensure dishes are washed with soap, rinsed with clean water, submerged in an approved sanitizer for 2 min, and then air dried at the 2 compartment sink.

- Front of house hand sink had no paper towel.Ensure hand sink is always stocked with soap and paper towel. Staff placed a paper towel at the hand sink during inspection.

- Not observed - Noted that the written cleaning schedule from the previous was not complete/updated. Operator advised that a new cleaning schedule was prepared and would be printed.

- - The walk in cooler walls appear to have splatters and other marks. It was difficult to tell if it is grime buildup, mold, or something else.- Shelves in the walk in cooler have other marks/ buildup and rust on them.Please clean the walls and repair as required to ensure they are smooth, easily cleanable and non absorbent.
