      • Observation(s): - fridge 3 (black) at 7.3C, reduce to below 4C ASAP - Danby cooler at 11C, remove perishable products (milk) and repair or replace ASAP It was noted that a temperature log was being maintained, but the recorded temperatures are not accurate.
    • F2.1 Does the facility have proper monitoring supplies?
      • Observation(s): - thermometers in fridge were not accurate
    • F2.5 Are the premises and equipment properly maintained and operated in a sanitary manner (i.e. ongoing maintenance)?
      • Observation(s): REPEAT INFRACTIONS - light covers needed in the event of breakage. Suggest replacing fluorescent with LED light fixtures. - laminate counters have worn through and should be replaced - dishwasher detergent and rinse injectors do not work The dishwasher is to be repaired immediately, and the light fixtures and counters are to be attended to within 6 months.

      • Observation(s): - light covers needed in the event of breakage. Suggest replacing fluorescent with LED light fixtures. - counters are wearing through, and should start budgeting for replacement - dishwasher detergent and rinse injectors do not work, repair these
