      • 1) Non-critical tools such tweezers and scissors are not being disinfected properly. Provide a low-level disinfectant such as PREempt RTU or lysol spray to soak these tools with the disinfectant contact time. 2) 70% alcohol was used to disinfect the microneedling pen handle and facial machine probes.Use a low-level disinfectant with Drug Identification Number (DIN) to disinfect these items.

      • No sharp container was available to dispose of the microneedling needle. Provide a sharp container.

      • Found expired microneedling needles.Discard the expired needles.
