      • There is currently no test strip available to monitor the use of CS20 during the 14-day reuse period. Please obtain the appropriate test strips and ensure that test results are recorded daily for the duration of the CS20 usage period. PHI provided a copy of the monitoring log via email.

      • Paper towel is not provided in a dispenser. Please install dispenser for paper towel by the hand washing basins.
    • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • 1. There was glue debris on the tip of the squirt bottle for distilled water. Please replace the tip with a clean one and ensure that the tip is properly cleaned and disinfected after each use if it comes into contact with a client.2. Tweezers are currently being cleaned with acetone before disinfection with (CS20). Please revise the cleaning procedure to first wash the tweezers with soap and water, using a brush. Rinse and dry them thoroughly before proceeding with disinfection.
