- 1. Push pins were noted on bulletin boards in the Red Room, which can be a potential hazard to children as young as two years. Push pins should never be used in a room for children aged 3 and under due to choking hazard.Please remove the push pins out of the classroom.

- Hot water observed to fluctuate from 30 deg C in children washroom and lower due to peak demand use onsite. Operator adjusted hot water setting. Recommended to ensure hot water setting is increased (keep below 49 deg C) and train children to use both hot and cold taps to have reduce demand from hot water tank.
