      • 1. A few of the mats in the Yellow Room are damaged at the corners.Repair or replace the damaged mats to ensure they are in good condition.

      • Hot water observed to fluctuate from 30 deg C in children washroom and lower due to peak demand use onsite. Operator adjusted hot water setting. Recommended to ensure hot water setting is increased (keep below 49 deg C) and train children to use both hot and cold taps to have reduce demand from hot water tank.
