      • Tools were not fully submerged in high level disinfectant. This was corrected during the inspection by adding more disinfectant to soaking tray. Ensure tools are fully submerged in high level disinfectant for 20 minutes.

      • Cosmetic product bottles did not have labels. Please label all product bottles and disinfectants accurately.

      • Container used to store tweezers in waxing room was oily. Clean container and ensure clean tools are stored in a manner that prevents contamination.

      • Tweezers for eyelash extensions had glue on them and had not been cleaned properly. Ensure tweezers are cleaned properly prior to disinfection.

      • Pedicure and manicure tools soaking in high level disinfectant were not fully submerged. This was corrected during the inspection and more solution was added. Ensure tools are fully submerged.

      • One of the low level disinfectants on-site was expired. Discard this product. Ensure disinfectants are used prior to expiration date.

      • 1. CS20 testing log had not been completed for the day or for previous day. CS20 was tested during the inspection and log was completed. 2. Tweezers used for eyelash extensions were not being disinfected in a high level disinfectant (CS20). Ensure a high level disinfectant (CS20) is used for these tweezers. 3. Stones used for massage were not being disinfected. Ensure a low level disinfectant is used. 4. Drill bits for manicures were being disinfected in alcohol. Please use a high level disinfectant (CS20).5. Tweezers and scissors used for waxing were dirty and were stored in a dirty container. Ensure these tools are cleaned and disinfected using a low level disinfectant and stored in a manner that prevents contamination.
