      • Hinge on cupboard door in downstairs room was not properly attached. Repair hinge so that cupboard door is secure.

      • Staff were using Mr. Clean diluted as per instructions on label for disinfection. This is not an approved disinfectant and its concentration cannot be verified. Please use 100ppm chlorine solution and obtain chlorine test strips.
    • 08. Is this facility properly constructed (Non-Critical)?
      • There was a gap between sink and countertop in upstairs bathroom where caulking had come off. Re-caulk to ensure countertop does not get water damaged.
