- 1. Diapering tables in between Toddler 5 + 6 had items stored on top of them. Staff stated they do use the tables occasionally for diapering. If tables are used even occasionally surface must be kept clear and not used for storage. 2. Carts with water bottles were stored directly next to diapering tables in Toddler 1 +2. Ensure drink bottles and any food are stored separately from diapering areas.

- Wall in storage area between Toddler 5 + 6 was damaged. Repair wall so that it is smooth, impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

- Middle tap in washroom between Toddler 5 + 6 had very low water pressure. Repair.

- Window covering in Toddler 2 had come down. A repair ticket had already been submitted. Ensure all rooms used for napping have window coverings.

- Antiseptic wipes in first aid kit in Kindercare room were expired. Ensure these are replaced and that all first aid kids are reviewed regularly.

- 1. Counter top around two compartment sink in infant 2 had water damage. Repair to ensure surface is impervious to moisture, smooth and easy to clean.2. Diapering pads in infant 3 and toddler 1 were worn in certain areas and were no longer impervious to moisture in these spots. Replace diapering pads so they can be cleaned and disinfected.

- Tap at handsink in infant 3 was very loose. Operator had already but in ticket for repair. Ensure tap is secured.

- In toddler 3 some client blankets were too large to fit in designated bags and were stored in laundry basket with other client blankets. Ensure all client bedding is stored separately, either in labeled individual bags or in cubbies.

- In Toddler 2 and Toddler 6 there were diapers/wipes stored next to sink. Ensure all diapers and wipes are stored in cabinet to prevent any cross contamination.

- 1. Handwash sink in Todder 1 did not have soap.2. Paper towel dispenser was empty at handwash sink in preschool 4, and in washroom in out of school care room.Ensure all handwash sinks are stocked with soap and paper towel at all times.

- 1. Drawer pull on drawer below diapering table in infant 3 has come partially off. Re-attach. 2. Lightbulb in fridge in fridge between Toddler 5 & 6 is burnt out. Replace.3. Caulking between counter and wall behind sink in between toddler 1 and 2 is damaged. Repair.

- 1. Sequin sensory boards were affixed to walls of each room. These cannot be adequately cleaned and disinfected due to crevices and fabric backing. Please remove these. 2. Playdough made on-site was not being cooked prior to use. Ensure playdough is cooked as raw flour is considered a high risk food item and can cause food borne illness if consumed without cooking.
