- Hand sink in the back room used for lash procedures was missing paper towel. Please ensure all hand sinks are supplied with soap and paper towels to ensure proper hand hygiene.

- Documentation for sterile needles used for microblading are not being recorded properly. Please ensure the lot number, expiry date, and manufacturer of sterile equipment is being kept with the clients consent form

- Single use items such as lash brushes were found in the reprocessing area. Single use items cannot be reused, and must be disposed of after useSingle use items were discarded and operator was educated about single use items.

- Manufactures procedures were not being followed for disinfecting reusable semi-critical equipment. The rinse step after soaking reusable products was not being followed.Operator was educated on proper disinfecting steps and the importance of following manufactures instructions.
