    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The high level disinfectant (Preempt CS20) was green in color in a soaking dish upon inspector's arrival. The operator discarded the solution immediately before it could be tested/verified. - The operator poured new CS20 solution into the soaking dish. - Please ensure manufacturer's instructions are being followed for the high level disinfectant. Preempt CS20 must not be diluted and must be used as is.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • Debris accumulation in the back reprocessing area. - Clean regularly.

    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The high level disinfectant (Preempt CS20) was green in color at the time of inspection. The operator mentioned that it is being diluted with water.Please ensure manufacturer's instructions are being followed for the high level disinfectant. Preempt CS20 must not be diluted and must be used as it. Change out the disinfectant immediately.
