- Observation(s): 1. Sanitizer test strips for Hydrogen Peroxide sanitizer were not available on site at the time of inspection. 2. A thermometer to measure fridge and freezer temperatures was not available on site at the time of inspection.

- Observation(s): The operator had a cleaning product, but no chemical sanitizer was in use for food contact surfaces. The operator had a large jug of Hydrogen Peroxide in the storage area that could be used to fill a sanitizer bottle.
