      • The cubbies in the toddler and preschool room were not secured to the wall. Secure the cubbies to the wall/floor to prevent them from tipping.

A handbag with long strap was observed stored on a chair in classroom for 3 to 5 years old that is accessible to client. Remove all access to objects with long straps from children.3. Tacks and staples are not securely fastened in the walls. Remove all tacks and secure staples with tapes or substitute staples with tape, Velcro, adhesive sticky tack putty, etc.
