      • - Water stains were observed on the ceiling tiles in the baby room. No active leak was noted during the inspection, although one area appeared to be wet. Identify and repair the source of the water intrusion and replace any damaged ceiling tiles as needed.UPDATE Oct 6, 2026: Operator advised the ceiling tile was replaced but the staining came back, indicating a leak of some kind. They were working with building management to find the source. Continue to work with building management to find and repair the source of water, then replace any damaged tiles. >Rug had been added to baby room.

      • Toy washing is conducted in the kitchen. The commercial dishwasher was not reaching the required sanitation temperature of 71C at the dish level, even after several test runs and following the manufacturer’s user manual instructions and was measured at approximately 66C. Toys will be sanitized using one of the two-compartment sinks in the kitchen. Until the dishwasher is repaired, please use it only for washing. To sanitize, soak toys in a 100-ppm bleach sanitizing solution for 2 minutes.

      • Bubble wrap was being used as a sensory item in the baby room and it was fixed to the cabinets. The material was not in good repair and not easily cleanable. Please remove or replace.The vents in the boy's and girl's kinder rooms had a buildup of dust and require cleaning.
