- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- 0ppm chlorine sanitizer concentration was measured from the dishwasher after the sanitizing cycle. It appeared the sanitizer bucket was low in supply and the solution weak after prolonged use. Operator stated that a new bucket of sanitizer solution will be picked up today.Please note that washed utensils or dishware must be sanitized in the dishwashing sink using 100ppm chlorine/bleach sanitizer solution until a new sanitizer bucket is obtained for the dishwasher.

- Pest control records were not observed. Education on the need for routine pest control was provided and a checklist given to the operator.Please implement and maintain monthly pest check/control. Ensure records are kept for review during inspection.
