Reusable semi-critical equipment such as nail clippers/cutters were not disinfected after the clean process.-Please procure and use high-level disinfectant such as preempt CS20 or HLD5 to disinfect such tools after the cleaning procedure.-Please procure suitable test strips, monitor the high-level disinfectant's concentration and record test result daily if the solution is to be used for more than one day.
