      • The dishwasher is unable to provide a high temperature rinse of 180°F (82°C). Temperature rinse is inconsistent and currently at 70°C as best reading.
      • Please have the dishwasher high temperature booster serviced to provide a 180°F (82°C) rinse in the dishwasher. Please attend to this item of the report for follow-up inspection in two weeks. Comments Refrigeration temperatures are correct. Handwashing facilities are correctly maintained. Food storage areas are correctly maintained. Premises is found to be clean and well maintained overall. Glasswasher operation is correct.
