     • Repair / replace heavily rusted shelf where feta is displayed. Finish walls / ceilings in back corner of deli room so cleanable. Ceiling tile is missing and painting of new wall required to make it washable.

     • Repair / replace leaking and corroded taps in male staff washroom. Correct leak at equipment washing sink taps in deli room. Clean open faced cooler where shredded cheese is displayed. Clean open faced cooler for sandwiches. Repair / replace heavily rusted shelf where feta is displayed. Provide additional storage in meat walk-in cooler and ensure easily cleanable and durable design. Remove rust and peeling paint from ceiling of meat walk-in cooler & schedule for repainting. Clean out and correct condensate tray on reefer unit in produce walk-in cooler. Clean fan guard and resurface so easily washable. Finish walls / ceilings in back corner of deli room so cleanable.
