      • Bait is not to be used in Foodshop. Two bait stations were relocated to outside during inspection. Ensure all are removed.

      • Both basement food storage refrigerators require slight adjustments. Recently placed foods were relocated to other working refrigeration during inspection. ensure accurate thermometer provided for deli meat fridge. Have units serviced / adjusted and holding <4C / 40F in foods before reuse. Monitor temperatures twice daily and keep records.
