    • 301 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation: Observed heavy grease build-up on the interior top surface of Popcorn Kettle enclosure.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure that the Popcorn kettle enclosure is properly cleaned and sanitized.
    • 310 - Single use containers & utensils are used more than once [s. 20]
      • Observation: Observed single use aluminium foil trays being reused. Single use items are not easily cleanable.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure that single use disposable items are discarded after use.
    • 315 - Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometers [s. 19(2)]
      • Observation: None of the refrigeration/freezer units were supplied with a thermometer.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure that all refrigeration/freezer units are supplied with a working thermometer.
