      • Observation(s): Please acquire sanitizer test strip of sanitizers used in the facility (Quats and Iodine)

      • Observation(s): -The nozzles of soda guns had residue build ups, they need to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized -Main bar ice machine lid and inside need to be thoroughly cleaned, tape needs to be taken down and the areas with the tape needs to. Surfaces inside the ice machine and the flap/plastic needs to be smooth to prevent microbes from harbouring and contaminating the ice. **Wiping cloths need to be changed every 2 hours to prevent potential bacterial growths and cross contamination

      • Observation(s): -Insulation under ice well at the bar close to front entrance was falling apart, please repair/maintain.
      • F2.5A All equipment, utensils and food contact surfaces used on the premises must be kept in good working order to ensure the sanitary handling of food.

      • Observation(s): -Bare wood found around the premises, in walk-in cooler, at bars, inside drink coolers. Please cover/paint all surfaces exposing bare wood to prevent contamination.
      • F2.6B All food contact surfaces must be constructed from materials that are suited for their intended purpose, durable and free from any noxious (harmful) or toxic substance.
    • F2.7 Are there handwashing stations available and properly supplied?
      • Observation(s): -Paper towels are not accessible to employees at the far end of the bars on the ground floor. -One of the hand basin is cracked in men's washroom, please repair.
      • F2.7C Handwashing station must be supplied with single-service product for drying hands.
      • F2.7D Handwashing stations must be maintained, adequate in number and location, to ensure convenient access to all employees.

      • Observation(s): The cooler shelving is raw wood and has mould growing on it. Walk-in cooler has some raw wood, dry storage wall is not finished. Please ensure to have smooth, non-porous, easy to clean surface in the cooler, walk-in cooler and dry storage area

      • Observation(s): Iodine glass washers 12.5 ppm Quat 200 ppm at dispensing unit. 0 ppm in spray bottle at the main bar. Please ensure to refill bottles of sanitizer for all bar areas more frequently. Refill the bottles with smaller amounts and more often from the dispensing unit to ensure it is the proper concentration. All bottles were refilled at the time of inspection.
