      • Observation(s): During today's inspection, Licensing reviewed with the Licensee the facility procedures for inspecting the outdoor play space. Although the Licensee is doing daily inspections, not all actions are being recorded. The DOLSOP for Safe Play Space was reviewed with the Licensee. This was corrected during the inspection as the Licensee began a record for the inspection and any identified concerns with safety measures taken and the system to be used was discussed.
