     • Observation(s): Upon arrival LO observed the children outside and entered through the outdoor area. LO observed 11 children outside with one staff member. While the other staff member was talking 3 other children to the washroom. After LO introduced herself, a staff member promptly moved the extra 3 children inside with the other staff member. Corrected during inspection.
     • C10.2C - Ensure the ratio of employees to children is no less than permitted in Schedule E; 34( 2 )(b)
