     • Observation(s): At the time of the inspection the Licensing Officer observed bi-fold closet doors unsecured and accessible to children. To mitigate the risk of pinched fingers to children, bi-fold closet doors should be secured. This was corrected during the inspection with the bi-fold closet doors being secured with a latch.
