      • Observation(s): It was reported to Licensing Direct on April 12th 2021, that no current care plan is in place for a child that began attending Dragonfly Discovery Centre in November of 2020. A care planning meeting occurred on May 10th, 2021 including team members, family and facility manager. A care plan document was created and shared with the team on May 12th 2021. This contravention has been corrected.
