    • 23(1)(b) All equipment and utensils used to process, prepare, store, serve, sell or display food must be designed, constructed, installed and maintained to (b) allow adequate cleaning, sanitizing and maintenance.
      • Finish bare wood flooring in the walk-in cooler so that the surface is smooth, non-porous, and easily cleanable.
    • 30 An operator must ensure that all food in their food establishment is obtained from a source that is subject to inspection or is food that is exempted by these regulations.
      • All food in a food establishment must be obtained from inspected and approved sources only, unless exempted by these regulations; remove all food supplied by MomoNepal and Henny's Preserves from the food establishment.
    • 34 An operator must ensure that a food establishment is operated so that all food and food ingredients are processed, manufactured, handled, prepared, packaged, served, sold, offered for sale or distribution free of charge, dispensed, displayed and stored in a manner that prevents contamination and adulteration.
      • Store self-serve bread in a sanitary manner; install sneeze guards or store bread in containers with covers.
    • 9(a) An operator must renew a permit, other than a temporary food service event permit, on or before the expiry date by submitting a completed renewal application to the Minister on a form approved by the Administrator together with all of the following: (a) the applicable fee prescribed in Section 5;
      • Renew Food Establishment Permit that Expired on July 16, 2025 within the next 5 business days.
    • 9(a) An operator must renew a permit, other than a temporary food service event permit, on or before the expiry date by submitting a completed renewal application to the Minister on a form approved by the Administrator together with all of the following: (a) the applicable fee prescribed in Section 5;
      • Renew Food Establishment Permit that Expired on July 16, 2025 within the next 5 business days.
