- The facility does not have written procedures established to describe safe and sanitary practices such as client care in events of skin cut or puncture. A copy of the written procedures will be provided to the operator. Please ensure that they are printed off and accessible to staff.

- The CS20 high level-disinfectant was expired. The operator was instructed to purchase new high-level disinfectant the same day prior preforming any services. The operator purchased valid CS20.

Please ensure that high-level disinfectant test strips are purchased and documentation of its concentration is being completed. Follow-up will be completed to verify that test strips have been purchased, and concentration logs are being maintained.
