- Chlorine sanitizer was initially not detected in the chemical dishwasher. Ensure the unit functions properly and maintains chlorine at 100 ppm. Sanitizer pail was replaced during the inspection. Chlorine was then detected at 100 ppm.Please continue to monitor concentration using chlorine sanitizer test strips.

- The ice machine lid was not properly closing. Please ensure all food equipment is maintained in good repair.
