End of large refrigerated preparation table not holding <= 4C / 40F in foods. Cut vegetables were relocated to other area of working unit. Operator to manage food safety properly. Heave units serviced / adjusted and holding <= 4C / 40F in all areas before reusing fridges. Operator must also reduce heat loads in kitchen.
