      • Replace two heavily rusted racks in walk-in cooler with durable, smooth, impervious, racks of proper design (in progress). Remove two bait stations noted in basement & clean up area. Use only physical or mechanical traps for monitoring in food establishment. Repair inside cover of freezer in basement so nothing can fall onto food.

    • 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator: (b) adequately designed and appropriately located hand-washing facilities;
      • Handwashing stations must be supplied with paper towel.
