    • 06. Are appropriate food handling practices and plans in place to ensure that food is handled in a manner that makes it safe to eat?
      • 1. The facility was not following their proposed food safety plan:- Temperatures were not being recorded in the temperature log. The Operator stated they did not know they needed to write down the temperatures. - There were no sanitation logs for the refrigerated vehicle.**July 2, 2026: temperature log was filled out, however, the recorded temperature was 14*C - 15*C, which is not acceptable temperature for transporting perishable foods. Discussed that the vehicle must be less than 4*C, and the temperature must be checked and recorded before loading the vehicle. The acceptable temperatures are stated on the temperature log.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Temperatures must be checked and recorded in the temperature log. If the temperature is above 4*C, staff need to wait longer for the temperature to go down, and the temperature must be checked and recorded again. 2. Sanitation logs must be kept in the truck and must be filled out each time the truck is used. 3. Store the completed records in the store.

      • 1. The mobile sales hours varies daily. The Operator provided times for Tuesday, June 23, but was unable to provide any other times for the rest of the week during the inspection as each time is posted at the beginning of the day. **July 2, 2026: no information was received since the last inspection. The Owner and Manager were reminded to send the information to the Inspector.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Send information to the district Inspector every Monday regarding pick up locations and times until further notice. If there are any changes in schedule, update the Inspector.
