     • Uninspected eggs intended for operator personal use were being stored in the concessions cooler. Eggs were moved into alternate storage during inspection. Do not store uninspected or foods not intended for public consumption within permitted concession storage areas.
   • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
     • A suitable holder for paper towel was not available in the concession at the time of inspection. The previously used wall-mounted dispenser had been removed. Provide a dispenser for the sanitary handling of paper towel.
   • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
     • A written record of pest control measures being undertaken at this facility was not available for review onsite. Prepare a written record of pest control measures being undertaken onsite.
