- Paper towel was available at hand sink but was not in/on dispenser. Please obtain dispenser for paper towel.

- There was no sanitizer available at time of inspection. Ensure a food safe sanitizer such as 100ppm chlorine is available.

- There was no paper towel available in washroom or at hand sink in food prep area. Ensure paper towel is available at all hand sinks. Remove reusable towel.

- Some shelves in walk in cooler were made of unfinished wood. Paint shelves so they are impervious to moisture and easy to clean.

- Bottles of chemicals were not labelled. Please ensure all bottles are labelled so their contents are known.

- Prep cooler measured approximately 8 degrees Celsius and had not been used yet that day. Adjust temperature so that cooler is maintaining 4 degrees Celsius or lower.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- There was an infestation of drain flies noted around the two compartment sink. Ensure area is free of pests.

- Wall surrounding two compartment sink is becoming worn and no longer easily cleanable. Re-paint or repair to ensure is is smooth, water-resistant and easy to clean.
