      • ** - chemical spray bottles were not labeled to disclose the contents within to prevent potentially hazardous accidental mixing of chemicals.

      • ** - cooked rice was not reheated properly - needs to be reheated to an internal temperature of 74'C BEFORE being placed in hot holding at 60'C. PHI asked if the rice was left in the pot overnight at room temperature - owner stated no. Please ensure staff are NOT leaving cooked rice in the rice cooker overnight. Retrain staff.
