      • 1. Owls room:Staples on posterboard were not covered with tape.2. Arts & play room:- Staples on board beside window not covered by tape.- Staples on board on wall by the red door not covered by tape. 3. Robins room:Blind cord holder on the southwest window was not in good repair. Blind cord was not able to be secured. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Please ensure all staples are covered with tape, so they are not easily accessible to children.2. Replace the blind cord holder, so children are not able to access the cord.

      • Otters and Bunnies room: There is significant frost and ice buildup at the rear exit door and around the rear windows. It was observed that a towel was placed at the bottom of the door to mitigate wind entry.Please ensure that the doors and the windows are weatherproof to protect against cold weather.
