- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Both hand sinks were blocked at the time of the inspection. One hand sink was filled with apples, and the other had a large soup pot in it. The operator removed the soup pot to the two-compartment sink during the inspection. Please ensure hand sinks are unblocked and easily accessible at all times.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- 1. The countertop to the left of the stove was in disrepair, as the finish was coming off. Please repair so the counter is smooth and easy to clean. 2. The inside of some kitchen drawers appeared to be worn/dirty. Suggest cleaning and refinishing the drawers, or cleaning the drawer and installing a smooth, cleanable and durable drawer liner.
