- Eggs shall be classified, packed and their containers marked in accordance with the provisions of this section and sections 5.2 to 5.4. Eggs shall be classified in one of the classes of the classification set out in Annex 5.A according to the standards prescribed in that Annex for each of these classes. However, a producer may sell unclassified eggs in detail at their establishment provided that the eggs are clean and do not flow.
