Discussed having staff review all areas and discard any expired ensure products. The bar area had Dairyland Eggnog with a best before date of Dec 27/25. Staff mentioned that product is not being used. Discussed discarding product.

- Cardboard boxes containing potato wedges were stored directly on the floor in the walk-in freezer. Operator informed inspector that they had recently been received and would be moved onto a shelf soon.
