      • Dry wall had been removed from the back storage room. Mould could be observed on drywalls in this area due to a leak that appears to be from the condenser unit drainage line that runs into the walk-in cooler wall. Please provide a full written report of the remediation contractor's investigation and plan to resolve the issue. Advised that food must be protected from contamination at all times. The facility must cease all food handling, if work must be done to remove walls in the kitchen or in the walk-in cooler.
