- 1) Area under the racks in the walk -in cooler was stained and dirty.2) The rack used to store flour bags was covered with dust and flour.3) Food spills were observed on the wall behind the food storage rack.4) Herb vegetable oil container was covered with food debris.5) The raw wood rack was cluttered with papers and books and the area behind the rack and the rack itself was grimy and dirty.6) The area under the food storage racks was covered with dirt.7) The ceiling tiles above the pizza oven was covered with grease and dirt.- Please clean the areas mentioned from 1) to 7).
