      • Foods requiring refrigeration, margarine and butter, were observed to be stored at room temperature. Please ensure these items are refrigerated after use. During the inspection, these food items were placed in the walk-in cooler.

      • Walk-in freezer stored foods have packed on dates of: Vegetarian Pasta Primavera Puree December 21, 2023, Chicken Puree September 26, 2023, Pork Puree October 31, 2023, Meatloaf Puree July 2, 2024, and Chicken a la King Puree January 12, 2024. Most of these stored frozen foods have a packed-on date well over one year from today's date. At this time, do not serve these foods. Contact the food manufacturer to determine recommended food storage shelf-life for these food items (It will most likely be advised to dispose these food items).

      • Update: The operator ordered a metal baffle hood filter removal tool and delivery is pending. An extension has been granted to complete the low-risk ventilation hood filter cleaning.

      • 1. It was observed that the ventilation hood filters have a dust and organic build-up. Please remove and clean the exhaust ventilation hood filters now and on a routine basis.2. The chemical dispenser near the dishwasher is not working at this time. Currently the staff are manually adding chemical to the ware soaking bin. Please repair the chemical dispenser and ensure it is in proper working order.
