      • Bleach/chlorine spray bottle in the daycare room was measured at 100ppm with bleach/chlorine test strips. Ensure bleach/chlorine sanitizer is maintained at 1000ppm during gastrointestinal outbreaks. The operator provided a 1000ppm bleach/chlorine spray bottle during the inspection.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Plush snowball toy and cardboard play structure were observed in the daycare room which are difficult to clean and sanitize. Ensure soft toys such as plush animals and paper toys are removed during outbreak as they cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. The operator removed the indicated items during the inspection.

      • Chlorine at infant room was at 50 ppm. Discussed making chlorine and testing each solution (or making in bulk and testing with test strips).Bleach solution at 100 ppm added to infant room at time of inspection.

      • The water temperature at the wash hand sink in the OSC is 11°C (temp. is to low).

      • Negative Clorine test results received from bottled chlorine solution throughout the facility. Ensure disinfectant solutions are being monitoring and within concentration parameter.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • dirty Egg chair and dolls observed in Junior pre-school.Clean toys.
