The top-side of the cabinet doors beneath the handwashing sink in the white room were observed to be in disrepair. 1. Ensure the indicated ladder is refinished to be smooth, moisture resistant and easy to clean.2. Ensure the indicated handle is replaced to be smooth and easy to clean.3. Ensure the indicated cabinet doors are repaired to be smooth and easy to clean or replaced.

      • A plush teddy bear and fabric towels observed in the blue room, ensure all plush and/or fabric items are removed during outbreak as they cannot be cleaned and disinfected easily. The operator removed the indicated items during the inspection.

      • Diapering procedure observed. Hand washing and disinfection procedures followed.*Single use cloth noted used for wiping diapering mat. Advised staff to use single use paper towel to avoid cross contamination concerns.

      • Paper towel was not available (or single use cloths) for bathrooms in classrooms.Children were using main room hand sink for hand washing.*Please ensure paper towel or single use cloths are available at bathroom hand sinks.

      • The program was noted to be making bread in the infant room with the bread maker stored on the cots.The bread maker was cleaned and sanitized in kitchen.*Please ensure that any food activities occur in the kitchen. For children activities, a written procedure will be required.
